AFTER SALES - AXLE AND TRANSMISSION RECONDITIONING

The Services has the following aims:

 

  • To assure customers of GRAZIANO Trasmissioni availability for tecnical training in its products.
  • To assure customers of support for activities concerning specific problems in after sales
  • To assure organisations with regard to customer complaints, transferring the information rapidly within GRAZIANO Trasmissioni in order to solve the problems and grant the continuous improvement.
  • To offer Customers a reconditioning service and setting-up of GRAZIANO Trasmissioni products out of warranty.


The following activities are carried out:

  • Servicing at the customer plant to analyse specific problems.
  • Analyses of Customer complaints, providing the necessary information and the best solutions.
  • Axle and transmission reconditioning.
  • Realization, production and updating of technical documentation relative to GT products (setting up and workshop handbooks, specific fixtures, suggested spare part lists, etc.)
  • Support activities to the GT departments for improvement of products.
  • Technical training given to the customers.
