The following activities are carried out:
- Servicing
at the customer plant to analyse specific problems.
- Analyses
of Customer complaints, providing the necessary information and the
best solutions.
- Axle
and transmission reconditioning.
- Realization,
production and updating of technical documentation relative to GT products
(setting up and workshop handbooks, specific fixtures, suggested spare
part lists, etc.)
- Support
activities to the GT departments for improvement of products.
- Technical
training given to the customers.
